Enteroviruses are a group of RNA viruses that primarily infect the gastrointestinal tract.strong data-start="177" data-end="208">gastrointestinal tractbut can also infect other organs. Enteroviruses are highly resistant to environmental influences and can survive outside the body for a long time, which favours their rapid spread.
