The result is a disruption of metabolic regulation that can lead to serious health consequences over time.
What is Adiponectin?
Adiponectin is a hormone (known as an adipokine) primarily produced by fat cells (adipocytes). It plays a central role in regulating glucose metabolism, fat metabolism, and anti-inflammatory processes throughout the body.
