What is Quercetin-Resveratrol Synergy?

Quercetin-resveratrol synergy refers to the combined biological interaction between two naturally occurring polyphenols: quercetin and resveratrol. Their combined use is considered synergistic because the biological effects of each molecule complement and amplify each other.
