What is Heart Failure?
Heart failure (also known as cardiac failure or cardiac insufficiency) is a complex clinical syndrome in which the heart is unable to pump sufficient blood to meet the metabolic demands of the body. - Coronary artery disease (CAD): Narrowing of the arteries supplying the heart muscle

- NYHA Class IV: Symptoms at rest; any physical activity causes discomfort
Diagnosis

- Echocardiography: Ultrasound imaging of the heart to assess pumping function (ejection fraction)

Treatment
